Bodyworks Pilates and Muscle Injury Clinic is a new holistic treatment centre for muscular injuries. Bodyworks is unique in that it empowers clients to rehabilitate themselves. Bodyworks combines treatment of muscular injuries using deep tissue massage and neuromuscular therapy and follows it with Pilates exercises that the client can practise at home.
