Pilates for Pregnancy

6-week course will commence on Thursday September 8th 5.30pm

Morning classes can be arranged for 3 or more participants.  

This course is adapted for pregnancy so that the exercises can be carried out safely at all stages of pregnancy. It teaches the expectant mother the exercises for that are ideal for strengthening the core to prepare for labour and the birth and to keep toned and flexible and to return to pre-pregnancy fitness.

It is suitable for Beginners and those who have previously participated in Pilates classes once they are at 12 weeks or later in the pregnancy.

You may join the course at a later stage if you have not yet reached 12 weeks.
